I have an original Cabbage Patch Koosa doll with his original kennel; both are in excellent condition. Also, I have a red yarn haired Cabbage Patch Kid with side ponytails and another with short curly blonde hair. I am mostly interested in the Koosa's value.

They range from $25-$30 here. www.etsy.com/
The brown with blue eyes, rainbow suspender, blue shorts Koosa is consistently selling from $8 to $15 on eBay. These are SOLD prices and most are with "free" shipping, which means the seller pays shipping, so the value drops to $1 to $6 after fees and postage.
(Actually it may even drop more since some of these may have sold before the USPS started their DIM--dimensional mailing). With the new DIM system the size of the box contributes to the weight and CPK with the box are going to need a big box and a sale from west to east or east to west coast could cost up to $40 to ship these days.
The red haired dolls are all over the place in value. Her hair looks like it may have been tied up originally so that would decrease the value if it is not in the original style.
No box also decreases the value. You maybe able to fetch $15 or higher for her depending on the market. Green eyes fetch more than blue--I can't tell the eye color on yours.
I would need to see the one with blonde curly hair to give you a value.
If you have never sold CPK before, be sure to advertise hair and eye color, style of hair, and describe the dress or outfit and if they are original to the doll or not. If you have the box and the certificate, that adds to the value. If the doll came with accessories, be sure to mention those.
Accurate descriptions of condition is critical including if the doll has any smells. Smells (esp. if it came from a smokers home) must be disclosed.
I hope your sale goes well!! I love CPK!!
The overall value is usually very low. Sales on eBay usually only net a seller less than $15 as the listings with free shipping means the shipping cost ($8-14) is paid out of the money paid and then eBay and PayPal fees eat up more of the profit.
Dolls without boxes are usually less in value and as a general rule, sales are very slow.
I did see one doll similar to yours Koosa that sold on eBay for $23.88 but with free shipping and fees cuts the value to $10-$12.

The common dolls are selling as low as $3 when not in a box.
These are cute but most are just not worth the trouble it takes to list and if sold, ship.
The highest price I have found sold recently is on EBay for $16.25. For some reason it will not let me attach the web address to the post. But, EBay is your best bet. At the moment, they arent selling for much. It may be a Patch doll that will randomly go up in price, so I would keep my eyes peeled on multiple sites for selling prices.
Good luck!
This was a big fad when my daugher was young and I had to search all over to find her one of these dolls. I know back then they sold for a higher price than other dolls.
