I want to find out how much this Cathay Collection doll, 1-5000, is worth and her name. She's in perfect condition and she has the stamp on the back of her neck. She has red curly hair and eyelashes.

These are mass produced dolls, worth $25 or less.
Lovely gal! The 36 inch versions of this brand are fetching around $100 in some markets. The red haired one seems to consistently sell at this price in bigger cities where there are a lot of doll collectors.
If you are near a big city, you can try her on Facebook Marketplace or Let Go at this price and then take best offer.
Selling her on eBay is going to be a tough thing to do now that the USPS has changed their shipping to something called DIM (dimensional) shipping. Now the box size counts toward the weight...which is going to make the shipping almost as much as the doll value.
The easiest way to sell her may be to take her to a consignment store and have them sell her for you. You will get less, but it is no muss, no fuss, no now shows and flakes saying they want it and then not showing up!
Blessings! Thanks for sharing!
Your doll is lovely and in the past the dolls over 20" were selling faster and for more money but as Pghgirl stated; shipping cost on this size doll will run over $50 even if it is just shipped down the street.
Generally the better sellers are redheads, American Indian, Brides and Victorian style dolls. Sad that shipping has slowed down those sales.
You can check for your doll or similar dolls on eBay to see if they are selling. Just remember that asking prices are only what a seller would like to get for their doll and has very little to do with value - only a sold doll will tell you what someone was willing to pay for that particular doll.
Many sellers do not put the measurement of their doll in their listing so looking for 36" does not always show everyone of these dolls listed for sale.
Here is one similar listing that you may want to put a 'watch' on to see if she sells. There is also a similar doll on this page that recently sold for $99.99.

I would suggest you list your doll on one of the sites that has 'pick up only' so there will be no shipping involved.
