Cathay collection dolls are mass produced. They are usually worth $25 or less. If this is a larger doll, it may be $35 to $50.
There are about 500 Cathay Porcelain dolls presently listed on eBay so without more information it will be difficult to provide very much information.
Post back with anything that is written on the certificate (a large picture of the certificate would be good). Provide pictures of any markings on her back or neck also.
List anything you know about her and especially her height (very important).
Pictures of her box might be of benefit also.
Without knowing anything about your doll I can only show a doll that may be similar that is presently listed on eBay (she appears to be smaller than your doll and size makes a big difference in present value).
