Is it signed? If so, these little vases are fetching around $40 (I see consistent sales and this is an average of SOLD values, not asking prices).
If it is not signed, you will want to ask the gallery to authenticate it (that they sold it and it is what you say it is) in order to realize these prices.
When researching you need to use his full name Charles V Ramsay to get the best results since this is a common name.
It is quite fragile so an online sale will not be your best venue, unless you are an experienced seller and packer of fragile items.
