A picture would help. I saw a 9-inch musical doll on eBay for the asking price of $16.99. A larger doll would get more.

Three of these sweet gals are unsold on ebay for 9.99...which, sadly means the value right now is $0 because no one is buying.
I am thinking if the sellers lowered the price to the $6 range, they may sell.
I feel bad I don't have better news for you on this.
It may be better for you to find a child who will love her and give the doll to the child!! That would be priceless karma (but that is just me!!)
I believe the Collectible Memories dolls were an exclusive doll sold through the K-Mart stores. These were definitely mass produced and most will have a value of under $25 no matter the style, size or new in box.
Most will not sell as there are thousands of similar dolls (even musicals) posted on eBay and other sites on a continuing basis.
The sell has had this doll posted for about 6 months and it has not sold - even at $9.99 (plus shipping).

You might try listing her on your local Craigslist or other local pick up only sites and ask $35. You can lower the price if no one shows an interest.
