I have a Collectible Memories porcelain doll named Megan. If anyone could help me determine her value, I would really appreciate it. I did some research and was unable to find her specifically.
Thanks in advance!

She is lovely, but massed produced. There are so many like her and more on the market. Hundreds were for sale at Christmas, and Thousands now! Because everyone is selling(trying) this lovely would only be worth $5 to $20 at best. Maybe a yard sell could help and cut shipping fees!
You only need similar dolls to find the value as almost all of these dolls were mass produced and they were very low value (even $2 - $3 is not unusual) long before this crisis hit.
These companies just made too many dolls and dolls are so plentiful that even nice expensive dolls are generally on the bottom of anyone's 'wanted' list at any time of the year.
Sorry to be so blunt but it is the way it is. Companies also used the same names over and over so you will find several 'Megans' in this brand.
You might try selling on something like Facebook Marketplace and list it as pick up only but now is not a good time to try and sell unessential items.
here is a link to eBay sold listings so you can see what people were paying before this crisis:

Sadly she is one of about 1/2 dozen Megan dolls this brand made. You may never find her listed by name because most sellers are "flippers" trying to make a quick buck and the simply will list her as collectable memories blue dress or by her hair color or as simple as porcelain doll.
Her value today is under $10, if she sells. This brand was a low end brand when new and with the exception of a few specific dolls most of the brand did not hold their value.
Who knows how the resale market will shake out in the new world after Covid. Maybe it will rebound and people will collect them again. The Marie Kondo world glutted the market and most are sitting unsold for years. Very sad.
