I was looking through my garage and I found some Heritage Signature Collection dolls. All were barely touched (some even in their original packaging) and they all have certificates of authenticity. Can you help me figure out what these are worth and give me recommendations on where I can sell them?

This collection ranges from $15 to $75 on eBay. Most of the are auction/bid and the rest priced to sell. There are so many on this site , etsy and online sales.
If you wish to know the current value of these dolls you would have to find a 'sold' listing of each doll as that is how evaluations are found.
eBay is the only site that actually shows sold listings so you could check out each doll on their sold site.
Most likely you will not find more than one or two but most likely none as there are so many thousands of these dolls fining an exact sold match will probably not happen.

Value can only be determined by a sold price as this shows what someone was willing to pay for that item.
You can check out eBay's sold listings to see what people are presently paying for this brand of doll.

As to trying to sell dolls - eBay and Etsy may not be the best approach.
Maybe try listing on Facebook Marketplace, offerup, letgo as these are not always flooded with dolls.
Probably a yard sale would be best but not everybody does this.
Currently the market online is flooded with dolls that people are trying so hard to sell off. I feel if you try and post these on eBay or even Esty that the dolls will sit there forever and not be sold. Right now people are not willing to pay much for these dolls posted on eBay or even Esty. I feel that you will do much better selling these dolls at a yard sale or even a swap meet in your area. This way you can get around $15-20 for each of your dolls. When a small child sees the dolls up close and in person they are more willing to buy the doll than looking at it online.
