I just bought this beautiful doll from a thrift store and I was
wondering how much she was worth. I am planning on keeping her, but if she goes for a high price I may sell.

Sadly, dolls are very low value and really have been for several years. Most people are very lucky to even sell their doll and the average price paid for dolls right now is less than $25 but most are even lower and it may take months/years to sell a doll.
This is really for almost any of the 'mass produced dolls' like your Collector's Choice doll and right now, this particular brand - all sizes/all styles - has over 2,000 dolls listed for sale on eBay alone.

Enjoy your lovely doll for your own personal 'value' and do not consider other people's 'value' of this doll.
I disagree I have been selling for a while now and I have a lot of dolls I buy them for five dollars sometimes I buy them for less sometimes I buy them for more none of the dolls I buy are sold for less than 50 and some of them are sold for more than 100 just look it up on Google before you buy usually it will give you a selling price glad to be of help
She is very lovely. You can see on the tag she was originally from Walmart, which makes her on the low end spectrum to start. While dolls are having a slight uptick in sales, this brand and especially those with the Walmart notation on the back are selling (if they sell) for under $20.
it is a shame that when they first decided to come out with these types of dolls everyone in the world bought them because they all thought they would increase in value but instead they have decreased. My granddaughter has been given a collector Barbie every year since she was born and told to never open the box and to keep it like this. Her other grandmother was sure they would be worth so much money by the time she was ready for college and could sell them off to pay for her college.
Sadly dolls are not bringing in much. There are hundreds online for sale/auction. There are some asking up to $40, and not getting sold. The ones selling are around $10 to $20 . Here is a link on dolls for sale by owners and what there asking prices are. www.etsy.com/
