It is sad to see dolls like this valued so low but there are so many similar dolls listed for sale - eBay, Etsy, etc. - that selling prices are usually lower than $25 - in fact; $25 would be considered a 'high' price.
There are presently over 1,900 Collector's Choice dolls listed for sale on eBay. You can check the dolls if you wish to find your particular doll but it will be difficult. You can look on the left side of eBay listings and check the items that match your doll (size etc) and narrow the search.

Only sold prices will provide current value and that does not mean a lot where dolls are concerned and also we have no way to tell how long a doll has been listed before it sold (months/years?).

These dolls have decreased in value. They are worth $25 at most.
This Doll may do better at auction or bid, worth right now is under $25!
While I was not able to find your exact gal, I would need more info like her height, I can tell you that generally Collector's Choice/Dandee dolls are one of the brands with the lowest resale value of all of the dolls.
Sadly out of over 290 listings in a recent eBay filter, only 33 sold (around 11%) and those that sold, sold for values from (on a average) 99 cents to $10.00 (the bulk of the higher end were in the original box--supposedly unopened).
If you have the box and COA, you could always start her at 19.99 and take best offer.
Without the box and COA, maybe 9.99.
Post back how your sale goes! Thanks for sharing!
Today the markets are flooded with dolls like this. Therefore people are having a hard time selling them online. Most people are almost giving them away to get them out of their homes.
