I am just wondering the about the value of this record player, radio, and storage cabinet. It was made in western Germany I believe. Was in good working condition.

From what I have seen on eBay, asking prices range from $150 to $175.

I saw what I think was this exact stereo (is the brand Loewe Opta) posted there a few months ago and there were a lot of comments on it that this is still a popular piece...in Europe if I remember right... and some people would pay up to $175 for it in working condition.
Naturally I can't find the link now.
I was surprised because in the US (at least in places like I am) this particular style of old console is not popular and in most places you can't get more than $25 for it...but that is just the style....I am not familiar with the stereo maker....which was what I was trying to learn about when I was researching.
Where are you located? If you have a place that specializes in vintage audio, I would see if they would help you value and sell it for you!

Models similar to yours are selling on eBay for $100 to $170. This all depends on the condition and if you are willing to pay the shipping or the buyer is paying the shipping.
Advertise online locally,a buyer in your area would be the best deal! You can give price, and they can arrange for pick up.Saving even more money!
