These dolls do not keep their value. They are worth $25 and less.
She is cute! If she is 17 or 18 inches tall, she is one of the Dynasty Winterland or Christmas Series dolls that were released in the 1980s and 1990s. I don't remember them having names...just the series/theme. I think the company wanted the new owner to name the doll.
Sadly this time of year, they are not selling at all and some have been sitting since last Christmas unsold at prices as low as $5.00. There were versions like yours in the red coat with white trim and a green coat with white trim.
I would wait to November and try to sell her. You could start in a local venue offering her as a Christmas doll and starting at $25 and take best offer. This way you would not have to ship her.
Shipping these days with the new USPS dimensional shipping is going to make the cost to ship her up to 3 times her value as a doll.
