You do not say where you are located but I cannot find any company that makes this doll and that is unusual.
The doll was made in Germany and perhaps there are other dolls by this brand for sale in other countries.
Without finding any information, it would be difficult to offer any guess as to value.

I found several dolls with this brand listed on eBay in Germany using the term: Künstlersammler-Puppe von Franki Kids
It appears they are selling for 5.55 (not sure what the currency is--euros), but I can't find any examples of sold...just asking.
