The Franklin Mint Dolls are from a company that mass-produces dolls and there is normally 500 to 1000 of one doll in a lot that the companmy makes and sells worldwide. The doll market has taken a big decline in recent years and people are trying hard to sell off their dolls in order to downsize and get rid of them. A lot of people currently try to list these dolls online to sell them. There are some dolls that have been sitting there for over 6 months and nobody seems interested in buying the dolls. The few dolls that actually do sell are s low and people are not making more than 5-15 dollars on the sales of these dolls. That is the price that determines the current value of dolls on the market today. Your doll is worth 5-15 dollars.
The market is flooded with dolls of all sorts/brands/sizes/styles and very few are selling.
I could find no evidence where a doll like yours has been sold and the internet usually carries sold dolls for long period of time.

listings on eBay are all about the same -asking price is less than $15.

Dolls are just not selling for very much money so I hope you have someone in mind that would like this one as a gift or perhaps donate it to one of the charitable thrift stores.
Sadly I have not seen Bunny sell recently at any price in the last quarter. Perhaps if you start her for less than what people are asking on eBay that will be the new market value.
There seem to be a glut of them for sale at the moment, which unfortunately drives prices down. If you have time to wait, I would hold off and sell her closer to Christmas.
Post back what you decide. Thanks for sharing!
They have 2 on eBay asking under $20. there are so many dolls on the market that people are trying to get what they can. Etsy has Franklin Mint dolls, but not this one. Maybe you can get more through having a yard/garage sale, and this will help with no shipping charges. Online these prices are asking prices, not sold, so keep that in mind!
