I have this plate, on the back it says porcelaine, underneath that is the word
France, under that REC. There is a shield with a small castle within the shield. Under the marking it says Castelroux. The front says Angers La Maison d' Adam.
I can't find a marking that matches, can't find anything other than it is from the Sebring company, that died out in 1932, and later was combined with another Sebring company. Any information would be greatly appreciated, as far as value goes, I am interested in whether it is a keeper.

The true value is low so I think you will have to make your decision to keep or not based upon how much you like the plate.
If you decide to check on prices/value at a later date, you should research under the name Castelroux as that is the real name of selling brand.
Step 1
Maison d'Adam, Adam's House on the plate, is the oldest house in Angers and built around 1500.
Step 2
Go on E-Bay for two month period, and watch what your plate sells for.
Step 3
Actual sales not just listed prices.
