This is a doll from Italy. I have the certificate. Can you help determine its value?

This is a mass-produced doll that has decreased in value. It is worth $25 at best
I would not yet write her off as a mass produced doll with no value.
She may end up being such, but I researched and sold dolls (and generally loved dolls) for years and she does not look familiar to me at all.
There is no info on her that I can find on any of the sites I frequent, although to be fair, my specialty, so to speak, is US made dolls and I am just within the past few months branching out into German and French made dolls.
I am not seeing anything like her on any of my favorite sites. Maybe someone else on this site knows more about Italian dolls. I know there were a lot sold in touristy areas...so I am not sure if she is one of those or not, but even that does not dictate her market value today.
I know cybergrannie recommends this to post questions and ask if people can help you learn more about it and set a value.
Some foreign dolls have held their value...even ones that were considered "mass produced".
When I value dolls I use eBay sold section and since I am not able to find any that match her, I am not able to determine today's market value through my usual sources.
She is unusual looking, which is why I think this needs to go to someone who is more skilled than I am (I am not a novice, but don't have my expert belt yet --so to speak--to help you learn her value.
I will keep looking, but if you learn something before me, please post it back!! Thanks for sharing!! I may just have found a new fancy with Italian dolls!!
Thank you! I hope you find something on this doll. I know literally nothing about dolls! I'm simply trying to clear out my basement!
So I did a bit more digging and found one (NOT AN EXACT MATCH SO IT ONLY TELLS ME SOME HISTORY...which you knew meaning Italian made) on eBay unsold in the $32 range:
www.ebay.com/
And I found some being sold on Worthpoint. which I still can't get my membership to function correctly...I like the Worthpoint site because it often gives bits of history with items:
www.worthpoint.com/
Again NONE of these are exact matches to yours and their starting prices are all over the place. If you have the patience to keep chcking back to these two sites you may find an exact match which will give you her exact value if she sells.
If you want to sell her now and be done with it....
If you are game for it (you will have to pay for the reserve fee), I would list it on eBay in a 7 day auction with a $100 reserve, but start it at $19.99. If it doesn't get any bids or doesn't meet the reserve you can learn the price point that way.
Then if it doesn't sell the first time, you can come back and list it for a 30 day fixed price auction with the BEST offer feature and meeting the middle at 50.00. Be sure to wrap and weigh her and measure the box size so you can put all of that in eBay's postage calculator. Never let eBay do the postage calculation for you. It is always wrong. Dolls must be wrapped very carefully in bubble wrap, cardboard around all ceramic parts and then not touching any side of the box and heavily padded to keep it from breaking.
An easier option if that sounds too much is to try her on Facebook Marketplace or Craigs List or Let Go. Then you have to have people come to your house.
An antique or dealer or consignment ship may buy outright or sell for you but you will get the least amount of money for her.
