Vintage mowers are not fast sellers and they are too heavy and awkward to ship so most vintage mowers are listed for sale with 'pick up only' in the ad.
Looks like Henley was manufactured in Richmond, IN but not much information about the company or the mower is available.
There were over a hundred brands manufactured and many were mostly sold within the area were it was manufactured.
It appears this mower was made in the 1920/1940 era but I have not been able to confirm this (on paper).
You can find vintage mowers listed on eBay and other sites for $20 - $125 (some more) but very few are selling and most that sell are in the lower brackets - and - pick up only (sold in ??? area?).
May be able to sell on your local Craigslist or similar sites that will have your area for pick up items.
You can start your price high and lower it if no one shows an interest.
Here are some links that have information on Henley but may or may not be about your model.
