I was just given a Heritage Signature Collection porcelain doll that was bought for me when I was a baby. I need to know how much it's worth.

These are mass-produced dolls that decrease in value. It doesn't matter if they were never taken out of the box or if they have a Certificate of Authenticity. Most are worth $25 or less.
So many dolls were mass produced over the years that almost any brand (lovely dolls) falls in the low value field.
You can always check out this brand on eBay (look for sold listings) so you can understand why we say this.

If she holds no personal value to you then I agree, try to find someone that would appreciate her and maybe put her on display.
Otherwise, there are always organizations that would love to have her.
Hospital charities love new dolls for giving away and at Christmas there are Toys for Tots pick ups everywhere.
Is she the 15 inch communion or the 16 inch angel doll?
There are several of each being listed on eBay at the moment so you will want to watch a few of them to see if they sell and for how much.
I did notice that they have been sitting out there unsold for quite a while at prices running from 12-48 dollars.
Value is what someone actually PAYS for an item, so best to watch for a sold match to yours and that will tell you today's market value. If more than one sells, you can average them together to get the value.
Thanks for sharing her! She is a cutie!
