I would like to know how much this doll is worth. Her name is Evelyn and she is a limited edition. She has the mark on the back off her neck.

These are mass-produced dolls that generally decrease in value. A standard-sized doll usually gets $25 or less. The very large dolls can go for $50.
One just sold in July 2018 in the UK for £26.00 which is $34 US dollars. Doll values are pretty steady (usually low--under 5 US dollars) so this is a high value to me!

That is probably still the value in the UK.
I haven't found one that sold in the US so it is hard to say if that would be the US value. The only ones I see selling are in the UK so if you are in the US, you may want to sell it with international shipping.
Be forewarned though, that it is VERY expensive to ship overseas AND you have to package it very, very, very, very carefully or it will arrive in a million pieces.
Post back what you decide and how much you fetch for her!
Very pretty doll but the market is flooded with similar pretty dolls and most are not selling even at prices below $10.
Dolls are just not in demand as they were in the 80's & 90's as young girls are more into other methods of entertainment.
It is sad but dolls like this are even difficult to sell at thrift stores for more than $10-$15. Occasionally a larger doll will sell for more but that is falling off also and their value is lower now too.
I believe your doll is 24" and may sell for $25-35 but may take a year or more to sell. This is a guessing game. Sellers leave their dolls listed for months and even years (I recently say a nice doll listed for $39.95 that had been listed for over 2 years before the seller decided to remove it).
Here are some dolls from this collection that have recently sold on eBay and it looks like most sold for under $20 (even in the UK).

eBay is considered the largest doll selling venue in the world and most appraiser's check eBay for current doll values.
If you wish to sell this doll you might have better luck listing her on your local sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale, Nextdoor or Facebook Marketplace with pick up only as shipping will be too costly for a 24" doll and dolls are also too easily broken.
