Did you have a photo or am I missing it? Most people who sell these don't list the model number, so you would need to match the exact item you have against the sold items.
Right now on eBay, there are a variety of sold models ranging in price from $50 to $494.99.
When you do your research, try searching a variety of ways from MCM (stands for mid century modern) Record Cabinets to using the name Lane. You can try the model number, but to most people that is irrelevant. They focus on style, wood type, size, etc.
These are pretty common so you should be able to find an EXACT match to yours by look and that will give you the exact market value if it sold.
