Value of a Mersman 4300 Hall Table?

These are well made tables but when selling one the condition determines the overall value. It looks like this table may not be in excellent condition (especially the legs?) so that would take away from the value.

You will find Mersman tables in almost every antique shop and in many local auctions but they are also sold on eBay and Etsy. They are not fast moving items (may not sell for months and months - or ever) and they are very difficult to ship.
Tables similar to yours in very good condition may sell for
$150 - 250.
