I would like to know the year this was fabricated and the value. It's in great condition, but the knobs are not original. It's about 50" L x 20"D.

There are no records available that show dates Mersman furniture was made that is the reason you will see listings with 'mid-century' as that is all that is available. You will occasionally find catalogs that show dates & furniture.
You might find some information on this site:
Mersman tables range from 1870 on. Based in Ohio until 1900, they put out lots of amazing and collectivle furniture, and expanded operations. It changed names a few times, changed hands in the 60s and 70s, and finally closed in 1995.
According to a collector site, "30 million items of furniture for the American market. These mass-produced items are of such abundance that they have relatively little value as collectors items or antiques on todays markets."
That doesn't take away from the fact that furnishings have intrinsic value as functional objects.
I am not finding the exact coffee table you are showing here but I do find a few that are similar to yours. The asking price for these table is around $150 to $225.
