What is the value of this Mersman drum table? It was purchased in 1948. I've seen others on line, but this is the only one with an inlay band on the top.

Just beautiful!! On Ebay they run from $250 to $800.
They are in the $275 range on eBay.
Does it have the drawer in front? If so, I have this table and it retails where I am (Pittsburgh) for $100 (retail) in the resale market. I inherited mine and won't sell it, although every now and then I check the market for the value.
This is SOLD prices, not asking prices. People can ask any amount, sold tells you what someone will pay and they will pay $100 if the table is pristine in a retail setting (like an antique/vintage dealer's shop).
Now if it is the one without the drawer the value drops to $75-80.
Maybe where you are you can fetch more. It is a supply and demand market. There are a lot of these tables where I am so the supply is high and but the demand is moderate and $100 is the going price.
If you are in a low supply, high demand area you may fetch more. High supply, low demand, you will fetch less.
Ask a vintage dealer in your town how much you would have to pay for one where you are and that is retail. Resellers who are not stores won't fetch that amount, but it will give you a starting point to have people negotiate down with.
Best wishes for your sale!
Yes, it has a drawer. Thanks again for the information
