I have this Mersman table. Inside it's stamped Mersman 76-10. It appears to be painted black probably not the original color. Is it worth anything? The drawers don't open they are just decorative.

This table is worth around $75, based on what I have seen on eBay.
While a highly functional piece as a console table, this is not one of the more popular styles and that it is painted black and not a perfect paint job sadly lowers the value even more.
As is, in most parts of the country, you may fetch up to $25 for it.
I would check with a local vintage furniture dealer in your town. You could ask as if you were wanting to buy the piece and see how much they would sell it for to help you price it.
In Pittsburgh, you would get $25 or less for it in almost any venue. Hopefully where you are it will be more.
That said, since it is already painted, if you are at all artistic, there is a market for highly decorated pieces like this. Just put the phrase painted console table into Pinterst and you will get an idea of all of the amazing and really lovely, some whimsical, some elegant, and all fun ways this can be transformed into a functional work of art!
If you could turn it into a statement piece, you could fetch upwards of $200-$400 dollars in the right market. There a lot of folks who want OOAK (one of a kind) art pieces that are functional. With a little work, that may be the way to go on this sturdy piece!
