I have a vintage (I think) Murphy oak chair with 5 slats in the back.

Usually Murphy furniture is described as "mid-century" because no one is sure about when any particular pieces was made.
- Your chair is fairly common and it seems the value is whatever anyone feels it should be worth.
- As examples:
- eBay and Etsy are the sites to check for what any of these chairs are listed for (none shown as sold over the past six months) but when or if these will ever sell at any price is anyone's guess.
- Many items remain listed for months and months (even years) and may or may not sell.
- True value? Probably $20-$45 if in very good condition but you still have to find someone that wants a chair like this at any price.
- Sellers usually mark shipping as "pick up only" as they will not ship these items so listing on your local Craigslist may be a better choice.
