I have a boy/girl Dynasty pair named Kevin and Anna. Their Dynasty tags are different (though both are from Cardinal, Inc., Kevin's label says "Anna Collection"). The boxes are the same, but they can't have come out together because their outfit color differs: her is black and his navy blue. But the styles are a very good match; his bowtie and her hair bow are the same. He wears a white shirt and a navy blue vested suit and cap. Her black dress has a pleated skirt edged with white lace. I don't know what country they represent; the style is not familiar to me. They have never been unwrapped (protective plastic around limbs), but the boxes are damaged. Do you know what I should ask as a selling price?

These are mass produced dolls. The ones I am seeing on eBay are $15 and less.
Cute dolls but this type doll has been mass produced for many years and sadly, they have not held their value. Most are not even valued at 1/2 of what they sold for - no matter the doll, new or? - boxed or not as they mostly are very slow sellers and when sold, selling prices will rang from $4 - $25.
Boy and girl doll sets are not any more sought after than just single dolls and value (if sold) may be less than $25-$35.
Occasionally a boy doll will sell for a little more than same type girl dolls.
eBay is considered the world's largest selling site for dolls and current value is usually from eBay sold listings of same exact dolls. Exact dolls are difficult to find but an average of similar sold dolls will give you an idea of what someone is willing to pay.
here is a link to eBay's Dynasty dolls sold listings.
You can check this occasionally to see if someone has sold a doll like yours.
You can also check eBay listings to see if anyone has a doll like yours listed (asking prices are not value prices) and place a watch to see if it sells.

Dolls are very difficult to pack safely and a great many never reach the buyer in one piece. That is one of the reasons we usually recommend listing breakable items on a local site such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or other sites where the interested person can pick up the item with no shipping.
You can also start your dolls as high as you like and lower the price is no one shows an interest.
There are two eBay lots offering Kevin at the moment--one is a lot of two which is greatly inflated at over $50 ASKING, and another he is part of a lot of 3 at 19.99. He is also in numerous UNSOLD auctions (mixed lots of varying prices). Sadly this means today his value is $0. If one of the lots sell, that will be today's current value.
Anna is in a large lot of 5-6 dolls asking in the high 20s. If that lot sells that will give you her value. Also, sadly, today she has been sitting unsold in other large lots unsold.
It just breaks my heart that dolls have so little $ value.
Do you have a child who could love them? That would be the best value for them. Seriously, dolls were meant to be played with by children and loved! That would make them both priceless in my eyes, but I am like that.
