You need to know who manufactured this doll. To do that, undress the doll and look for markings
She looks like a German Low Brow doll (a style of doll), some of which still command some value in today's market.
If she is a true Low Brow, you may want to take her to an antique store as they are very fragile and selling on eBay would not be ideal.
