I have the certificate of authenticity for a Chilam Indian porcelain doll, number 90-2500. I am trying to determine its value.

Can you confirm the name of the brand? I sold dolls for years and Chilam is not a brand I am familiar with. Also if you have a photo, please post it. I am happy to help once I have more information! Thanks!!
If there were 2500 dolls in this lot alone, this is a mass-produced doll that is worth $25 or less, even with a certificate
I agree with Judy about the value but some dolls are still a little more valuable.
Since you did not give any real information for us to research, it would be impossible to give you even a really good guesstimate.
It sounds like you may be describing a tribe of Indians but I'm not familiar with that name either.
If you will post a picture of your doll and provide more information - size, composition, age if possible, and anything you know about the doll - someone might be able to help you further. Be sure to look for markings on her neck and back and post pictures of those also.
when you say Indian porcelain doll, do you mean a doll manufactured in India, or a common American-sold faux-collector doll made to resemble Indians or Native Americans?
If the former there may be some value due to the exotic nature, if the latter it is probably worth very little
