Is this Rose 1-5000 doll worth anything?

This is a mass-produced doll worth $25 or less. She is one of 5000.
Rose Collection dolls consistently sell in the $5 to $20 range. I was not able to find your exact gal. You could always start high and drop the price (or take best offer). She looks like one of the smaller ones so she will probably be in the low end of sales.
If you are in the US I suggest finding a local venue to sell her. There are too many issues with the Post Office and the new dimensional shipping and the cost to ship her could be up to 3 times her value--which severely limits sales.

It is sad but there is just no other way to put it - the doll marked crashed several years ago and has only gotten worse over the following years.
Girls very rarely have a doll (of any kind) on their wish list and many adults are desperately trying to retrieve some of the money they invested years ago when they believed all of the hype that doll manufacturers placed in commercials and on their packages thinking it was an investment for their later years.
It is difficult to find an exact doll as yours because research is limited by how many dolls are named 'Rose' that are made by other companies and many sellers will not put any other identifying information; not even size (which you also do not state) so the only way to find even some of this brand is to add the 1-5000 in your search. This is misleading because other companies also use 1-5000 on their dolls so research is difficult.
The only thing I can offer is to check eBay listings (asking prices do not reflect 'value' as it is just the price someone would like to receive for their doll) but you may find one you would like to 'watch' to see if it sells.

It is useless to look at sold listings because all of this brand will not show up due to the name used 'Rose" being in so many listings.

Here is a similar doll for review and some dolls listed below that you might wish to check out.

I would suggest you consider keeping her or finding someone who would like to have very pretty doll to enjoy.
If selling, I would suggest local sites like Craigslist, LetGo, OfferUp or many others where you can start your price higher and lower it if no interest. This can also be a 'pick up only' with no shipping involved.
