Who knows about this mower? I was wondering what something like this is worth now a days. It pushes and the blades rotate like it just came off the assembly line. I'm seeing if it's worth selling as an antique or sharpening the blades and using as a mower.

I looked on eBay. There is a demand for these mowers and some are selling for over $100.
Silent Scotts Deluxe reel lawnmower
These mowers can be sold but it is usually best to try and sell them in your area as they would be difficult to ship. I have seen similar ones sell on eBay for $40 -$60 but they are very slow sellers and have to be listed as pick up only.

There worth about fifty bucks no one uses them much anymore.I see lots at yard sales.
I just bought a new Scott's reel mower as a back up for my gas powered push mower. I paid $140.00 at Home Depot. It is harder physical work than a gas mower and only effective if the grass is no higher than 2-3 inches.
Looks a lot like mine. Scotts Model 10M9 Adjustable with a knob above the blades and a gauge to measure height. Has worked great for me in my yard for last 12 years. I have a guy sharpen it every 2 years. But today, a wheel cracked and fell off. Still, I nominate this to the Product Hall of Fame. Rugged piece of American manufacturing that got the job done for me for a long time.
Scott 10M9 was the very best Scott produced as it had 6 blades and the easy adjustment knob. HOWEVER, if the linkage is not oiled regularly they tend to rust together and then bend/bow when adjusting, which then is very difficult to bring back to true for accurate adjusting.
