I have a 1963 set in white. They are in fairly good condition with a few stains. How do I know what they are worth?

This looks like a nice set of books but unfortunately, they are not woth much at all. If the set of books is not 100+ years old the books are considered outdated. You may be able to get around $20 for the set or you can try and donate the books and use the donation as a tax write off.
