Value of a Seymour Mann Connoisseur Collection Doll?

What is the value of a Seymour Mann connoisseur collection doll? The numbers are PA-3630 OH-17806. I am not sure if it ever had a box since it was passed down to me. It should have all its accessories though (hat, tag, bag, and stand).
