I have a vintage porcelain baby doll in christening dress with a pillow from Seymour Mann's Connoisseur Collection. I just want to know if the doll has any cash value.

These dolls are mass-produced and lose value. $25 is the most I have seen them sell for.
Seymour Mann is a doll manufacturing company that create different dolls for sale to markets around the US. Normally there is a limit to the number of dolls that they produce for one collection. Some will make as many as 5000 dolls where others will make 2500 dolls. These types of dolls are now flooding the market and on eBay. People are trying to just sell them off and I have seen some people that are only asking $1 and still can't sell the doll.

Your exact sweet baby is sadly sitting unsold on several sites with asking prices from 4.99 to 20.00.
Value is dictated by what someone will pay.
If you are going to sell yours, since it is large and breakable, you may fare better in a local market. You can always start at 20 and take best offer.
Post back with an update and sold price so we can have a baseline for what the market is today.
