Most dolls marked limited edition is how they advertise the doll and it really doesn't mean much at all. The dolls are normally mass produced and sold worldwide.
Currently this doll or one in the collection are listed on eBay for $20 and there are a few listed at $30. You should be able to sell your doll for right around the same price.
All Seymour Mann dolls are mass-produced and made recently. They have little value, even if limited edition and never taken out of the box.
