Seymour Mann dolls are mass-produced. While not cheap to buy, they lose their value, even with a certificate of authenticity and even if never taken out of the box. They are usually in the $10-$25 range.

Is she an exact match for yours? I didn't see a photo and Mann, like the other doll companies reused names over and over.
If this is yours and if she sells (you can set up a watch on eBay) you will know her exact market value.
This one was from 1989 (the height of doll marking).
