I'm trying to find the value and where I can sell this? I have a Thomas Kinkade Garden of Promise print. I have certificate of authenticity.
Thanks for your help.

You can go on the Thomas Kinkade website. You can also go on eBay at regular intervals to see what they sold for.
When I value things, I use eBay SOLD section to do so. It gives the best indication of what someone actually PAYS for an item which becomes its market value today. Market value can change daily....and also has to do with supply and demand. If there is a huge demand for your print and low supply, the value can increase. On the flip side, if there is a huge number of your print and a low demand, the price drops.
There are some sold on eBay that are similar to yours but none EXACT:

Finding exact matches is important because there are so many varieties of these things. It is hard with the Kincade pieces because there are a zillion of the same scene zillions of formats and zillions of frame types. It can be quite frustrating!
You will want to see if any of these are as close as possible to yours and that will give you the best indication of value.
Unfortunately most of these pieces didn't hold their value even with the COAs. They just made too many and marketed them to heavily. They literally priced themselves out of the resale market.
Let me know what you learn in your research!
Thomas Kinkade paintings have not held their value and especially prints as these can still be purchased from authorized dealers (without COA) for under $100. Many of these prints were also sold on QVC which just shows how many were sold as limited editions can run into 250-5000 copies. The COA does not always increase the value of a print very much.
Here is an example of prints that are available from authorized Kinkade dealers.

Thomas Kinkade prints have recently depreciated in value. My best estimate is approximately 30.00 for a larger one.
