I purchased this Thomas Kinkade in the 90s. I am cleaning out and no longer want it and am wondering what the value is and how to determine. See below and any info you can share would be appreciated. The framed size is 21.5 x 17.5.

If it is not signed, it is worth less than $100. If it is signed, it could be worth a lot more
This is a popular piece,they made quite a few of this print, on ebay going for under $100 unsigned. Maybe you can get bidding on Ebay for this piece to get more, or auction!
If this was signed the asking price is a lot more than the price unsigned. People are selling these for less than $100 online.
I see a signature in the bottom right hand corner in red...not sure if its a stamped signature or an actual signature. Is there a way to tell and is there such a thing as a stamped signature?
Haven't done anything with my Thomas Kinkade painting below. It looks to me like there is a signature and the certificate on the back states " Thomas Kinkade's authorized signatures". If I'm wanting to sell what is best way to determine fair value?
