I am thinking of purchasing a Thomas kinkade limited edition print of Cinderella Castle. The limited number is 20/345 and the print number is 47792. The siize is 18x24. It's framed and sealed with all documentation. I think the print run was 2007. Can anyone give me an approximation on value of this print?

The best way to see what these are actually selling for is to follow it on eBay for several weeks or months.
At the moment, there are 47 completed versions of this piece on eBay. If you look through the list and match yours to one with Green type (SOLD) you will have today's current value (I have a link pasted at the end of this message for you to follow to match yours to the site).
The canvas ones have held their value, but it sounds like you have a print, which generally did not hold their value.
Since you only have the COA pictured, and not the print, it would be hard for me to give you an apples to apples match to yours for the value. There are a bazillion frame types out there and you will want to match exact to exact of a sold piece to know what it is worth today.
I don't recommend selling these online either...too many issues with shipping. You are best to try to sell it in person through Facebook Marketplace or a Letgo type site. Or have a consignment store or vintage shop sell it for you.
It is difficult to offer very much information with so little information.
I checked the completed listings on eBay and when you remove all the puzzles, canvas, lithograph. and larger or small pieces there are no listings for this type print.
