You don't mention size or frame type. When trying to value for resale, I only recommend using sold auctions on eBay or Etsy to get a feel for national value.
Asking prices are misleading as people can ask the world, but market value is what someone actually is willing to pay. It is a supply and demand market valso. If there are a lot of the exact item and little demand it drives prices down. Few items and high demand increase value.
If you find an exact match up for sale, use the watch feature to see if it sells and for how much.
There are none (any size,) sold on eBay at the moment, and the unsold asking prices are all over the place.
If you want to insure the item, your agent can tell you the replacement value.
There are several different sizes as well as different materials in all Kinkade paintings, so, since none of this information was provided, you will have to do some of the research yourself.
