It is asking $30 reduced from 100. You may want to watch and see if it sells. Finding an match with the SOLD price is the only way to get today's market value. Sellers can ask whatever they want, value is only what someone will actually pay for an item.
Yours looks to have some fading (lips are dull, bow is not tied in original manner, and the hair looks a bit disheveled.
Sadly, that may lower the value if you try to sell.
