I have a porcelain doll 1988. It is a limited edition 67/1500, named Pepper. It's made by Bette Ball and is a Victoria Ashlea original. I would like to get a value.

These are mass-produced dolls worth less than $25
I found the blonde version of your gal on one of the websites I frequent (picclick) and she has been sitting unsold for a long time at 9.95. Sometimes the red-haired gals fetch more. You could start her sale at $15.99 and see if you get any nibbles.
Post back how your sale goes!
The doll market is flooded and even if listed at very low prices dolls usually take a very long time to sell. True - some sell faster but there does not seem to be a pattern as to why.
Due to the breakage problems and cost of shipping I would suggest you place her on a local site where you can offer pick up only service.
You might try Craigslist, Nextdoor.com, OfferUp, LetGo and Facebook.
Good pictures and measurements will help sell.
Thank you,I might just keep the dolls they were my mother's.
They do make nice keepsakes!! Perhaps in a few years (5-10) the market will shift and they will regain some financial value.
Blessings and best wishes!
I do not know if you will have someone to cherish them later but I hope they make you smile when you see them in your chosen spot.
Even small memories can bring smiles and that is what makes life good.
