Anyone know the approximate value? It is probably cherry. It is at least 75 yrs old or older. It includes a toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, and bath towel rack.

Wow!! This is stunning!! Do you know the maker? There may be markings on the back of the cabinet (either inside back or outside back) or on the back of the mirror.
If this is a true 75 year old piece (and not a modern repro piece) it may be worth in the mid $1,000s...however, that is contingent on brand, condition, and if the sink part works (and if it is original) which I don't think it is based on the handles...but it is hard to get a good look.
Just curious, what type of feet does it have? Or is it flush to the ground?
The mirror could be valued in the high $500 or even more if it is also original (branded same and an identical match to the vanity), does not need re-silvered, has no damage, etc.
I would take the pieces--or more photos-all angles, close ups also-- to a reputable antique/vintage dealer and get them to give you a value and have them sell it for you.
Most people will not give someone off the street the value that pieces like this command, but they will pay a store that kind of money. Be sure to understand the percentage of sale if a store is selling it for you.
Post back what you learn. These are just gorgeous!!!
Unless you know who manufactured it, it will be hard to assess value. Look for some kind of a marking on it. It may also be a one-of-a kind piece. Bring pictures to an antique furniture dealer for a free verbal appraisal.
I have more pics. It does have feet, sets up off the floor. Everything works, the faucet does drip... my grandson just updated his bathroom, (doesn't appreciate antiques) .
