Memories - memories....
I believe most of these were sold in the 60s and maybe early 70s but no 'facts' on those dates. I just know that we had ours in the 60s.

You do not say if it is working and that is crucial to knowing the value.
They produced only a few models but had several different pictures of Disney characters. One of the most popular was the one with Mickey Mouse and his arm/hand held the needle arm and it seems that is still holding true.
I do not believe the value has fluctuated very much over the past 15-20 years (maybe longer) as they have been selling for about $35 over all these years.

Of course, there are exceptions but usually a difference in price has more to do with condition and if records are included than with a 'certain' picture in the cover. There are surprisingly quite a few that are still brand new and some even in their original boxes.
I'm only stating these things to illustrate that very few types will be worth more money over another type.
The only one that usually commands a higher price is the one called 'Crosley Cruiser' and it is a suitcase style rather than the square style. I did see where one of this style - still new in the box - recently sold on eBay for $89.95.

You can look at the sold listings on eBay and see what people are paying for similar players as this is where even appraisers usually go to assess 'current value' of an item.

You will most likely see the players (in good working condition with good needle and records) are selling for less than $40 and many far below that figure.

You can look at the eBay current listings to see what people as asking for their players and maybe place a watch on some to see if they sell but asking prices are just prices the seller would like to receive for their items but only a sold item shows value.
You may or may not find one exactly like yours but I have never heard of any particular one that was worth a great deal more money.

If you decide to list it for sale you might want to think about listing in some of the local venues if you are not familiar with eBay. Sites like Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, LetGo and others seem to be doing a good business even during this 'crisis'. I would start the price at a higher amount (maybe $50-$75 plus true shipping cost) and lower it if necessary.

Remember - these players are 'breakable' so they have to be packed well for safe shipping.

If this is not yours, someone is asking $50 for the exact player on eBay:

If it sells at that price, that will be the current market value.

There is still a huge market for Mickey/Disney items.

I cannot find a sold example of the exact player recently. If you have a Worthpoint membership (a repository of sold items from various sources including eBay), you can see one that was sold there under the name Vintage Rare Mickey Mouse Record Player Tiger Electronic Toys 7-422A

It looks like they are going from $35 to $75, so a mean expectation is $50.

Etsy is actually expanding as a marketplace into this sort of thing - one of them is even listed for $225 www.etsy.com/.../rare-vintage-disney-record-players...
