I have seen these in the $200 range on eBay.
Fun piece! There are so many factors so I will ask some questions and offer some general info:
Are you selling the case? What does it look like? Do you have accessories? If so, which ones?
Does it work?
All of these factors will affect value. Not working, no case, no accessories, I have seen sold prices as low as $25-40.
All inclusive and perfect working order, you may fetch up to $250 depending on where you are located and if you are in a high demand, low supply town! Other configurations will be lower than $250.
Post back how your sale goes!
Value of sewing machines can fluctuate according to where you are located.
This is usually always true unless you have a really popular or rare machine.
I believe your machine is an Ideal sewing machine with a Hamilton Beach motor and the motor could have been on the original machine or it could have been added at a later date.
There were several companies that used the name 'Ideal' for their sewing machines so I'm not sure what company made this particular machine.
You can ask your question on the Ismacs web site and post several pictures of the full machine and most likely someone will be able to tell you who made the machine and when. They will not give a value as they only answer questions.
You will have to join with an email address but it is free to ask questions.
