How much is one of these types of consoles worth? What is the year range of this model?

Ford bought Philco in 1960 or 1961. I know that they made a model that looked like this design but smaller in 1966 (it has an unusual weave to it which is why I remember it).
I would place yours in the mid 1960s....very early 1970s tops.
Value is subjective. In some places one that is pristine can fetch a few hundred dollars, but in other places the exact same one will go for $25 and in some places you find them by the curb on trash day.
It is based on supply and demand and condition. Yours appears to be missing something--the 8 track maybe? Unless the gap is where records went--the photo is an odd angle so I am not clear exactly what I am seeing.
If you have a reseller in your town that specializes in amusement items, best to call and ask them to help you value it for your market.
They can also assess it for condition also.
I can tell you a few things...if it has the tiniest bit of a smell to it, if the case has any damage, even minor scratches, or if any of the parts don't work, the value plummets quickly.
People want them pristine or not at all.
There is a contingent out there though, who will buy the parts and they pay good money for them if they are tested.
Search Philco parts on eBay sold and you can get an idea of how to piece it out for parts if you want to go that route. That is the best way to make money on these.
The cases then sell for a few bucks at the end to someone who wants to do a flea market flip project with it and paint it up--turn it into a bar or dog bed.
Post back what you learn! Thanks for sharing!
