I do not see a name on it or a model number. I do not know where to go from here. Can anybody help me determine the make, model, value, and year?

This vintage edger/trimmer from the 1950's being offered for $70 - is similar -www.ebay.com/
An item like this can run up to $100 but due to the condition here, I would say at most $50
You may not be able to ID it from listings for sale as there are not a lot of these listed for sale right now.
This could be a good or bad sign but if you just wish to sell it then you really do not have to have a lot of information but you do need very good close up pictures - all angles. Many of the vintage reel mowers and edgers will not have a name listed.
If you really want to know more about the edger you might try joining one of these sites and ask them about your edger but you will have to have better pictures and also be sure you have looked everywhere - wheels, handles, blades - for any markings/names/number before you ask.
There are some specialty forums for lawnmower collectors. Most older mowers and edges sell for around $60 online. Currently companies are starting to produce these items again and they are very reasonable to buy.
