I also inherited this lamp. I was wondering what it was and if it was worth anything.

This company made a lot of furniture - made in Japan (and Sweden) and put together in EL Segundo, CA. Furniture was sold all over the US and Internationally. Furniture was considered mid to low quality when made and does not appear to have changed in value as it is still in the low value range.
I did see listings from previous years of rocking chairs, captain's chairs, small tables, magazine racks, etc and most items sold for $ - $24.
Many items were pick up only so the area can also account for the value of this type of item.
Still - your lamp table style - I believe it is called a lamp table combo - spindle legs - is one of the more popular styles of tables so I'm thinking it is probably worth $75 to $100 if your area is into this type of furniture.
If you decide to sell it, I would suggest you list it on your local sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale, LetGo, OfferUp as you can list it as pic up only with no shipping involved.
With these sites you can start your price high (even $150) and wait several weeks to see if anyone seems interested - if not - lower the price and wait a few more weeks. List it on several sites but have several good pictures and give accurate description with size also. (Be sure to clean it up and sturdy - no wobble.)
Just add whatever info you have. Made in Japan; mid-century - and style but measurements for sure.
The lamp shade is probably not original.
Good luck with your sales.

The company started in 1967 and closed in 1992. They had low end furniture, so I dont think your piece is worth much. www.myantiquefurniturecollection.../
