I'm selling my old wardrobe. I am wondering the year estimate and selling price.

The drawers appear to be made by hand and not machine. This piece is older and should be examined by a dealer.
Without maker marks,or origin, this would be hard to give a estimate. Show pictures to dealers and antique specialist, a professional can help!
I believe this is a chifforobe.
Thanks for sharing this piece! It looks quite well made. My guess is it is from the 1940s or 1950s.
Without knowing where you are located it will be hard to give you an exact selling value since sales of these pieces (and most furniture) is regional in nature.
In Pittsburgh you can't give them away--and most fetch under $50 and as low as $25 because everyone has one they are trying to sell.
In bigger cities or small towns where there are none for sale and people want them, they can fetch up to $300, if they are pristine.
If you call several local vintage stores and ask what it would cost to buy one in your town, that would be retail and you can expect to get 1/4 to 1/2 of retail.
Condition and style are everything in what people pay the most for with furniture. If yours is clean, no smells, and you are in a place where there are none for sale--start high and take best offer. If you look at your local marketplace and see a bunch for sale--start yours in the middle or on the low end to get it to sell quickly.
Be sure to do an apples to apples comparison when pricing for your town--meaning you have a basic 5 drawer with a side closet. Your piece is not one of the art deco waterfall styles which in many places are still highly sought after pieces.
So if a Deco one is selling for $300, I would start yours at $200.
Post back how your sale goes! Thanks for sharing!
This looks like an older handcrafted wardrobe closet. I think that you should contact a dealer to help you price this item. You should ask for a little bit of help because there are no marks or who made this item that you have listed here for us. In order to receive the best price for this item a dealer can help you out and will price the item for you.
Older cupboards with this American made lighterwood were popular in the 1940's. The handles also tell me its from that era. If someone really wanted it because the wanted this lighter wood would pay $100.
