I have a Webster Mfg. Co. Station B, Superior, WIS. MADE IN USA 134-3 Wal rocking chair. I am wondering if it's worth anything? I painted it, but I can always take paint off.

It looks like a mission style chair. If it was pristine, I have seen them sell in the $150 range in some markets. Now sales are regional and if you are in a high supply, low demand area you may fetch less. A high demand, low supply area, you may fetch more.
Since yours has been painted and getting it back to pristine will be almost impossible without causing damage to the cane part (removing paint from cane is not easy), you could always try to start it at $100 and take best offer (as is).
If you are a talented artist, you could always do it up with flowers or birds or butterflies and make it a statement piece. Sometimes these types of pieces can fetch double what it would plain.

The value is not much, the paint has hurt your chances! It would be hard to remove the paint from the cane seat without damage to it. It should be a piece for you to enjoy!
They sell for around $150 at auction
If the chair had not been painted the asking price is $125 to $150. The cane on the chair will make it impossible to remove the paint without damaging the chair. In the condition it is in right now you will be lucky to sell this chair for $25 to $50.
