I have a Webster's 1864 dictionary and was just wondering what it is worth?

Depending upon condition, it could be worth up to $150. Take it to some dealers for free verbal appraisals.
The dictionary is very old and book collectors are always interested in buying books such as this. The value of the book will greatly depend on the condition and binding of the book.
Apparently this is a good edition of Webster's Dictionary as it was a new concept and supposedly had more illustrations than previous editions.
Book value is usually always based on rarity, condition and type of binding.
eBay sold listings is usually the first place anyone checks for current value of almost anything and books for sure.
You can check eBay link to sold listings to see if any book like yours has sold over the past several months. Check often as it could change daily.

You can check some sites that have this edition listed for sale but asking prices do not represent value as only a sold listing will tell what someone is willing to pay. Asking prices represent what a seller would like to receive for their item and many sellers leave books listed forever - until they sell or the seller maybe decides 4 years is long enough to keep wishing for a sale.
These listings are examples but there may be more:

Some problems with selling older books is the books are usually only wanted by true collectors and they want books in excellent condition if at all possible and they will wait until that book comes along.
Take everything into consideration and if you list your book (on any site) be sure to take several pictures and give a good description.
Start your price high and after a few weeks you can lower the price if no one shows an interest.
I do see a lot of people asking big bucks for these, but I have only ever seen one actually sell and that was for $15.00.
This link has a photo of it and if that matches yours, that was the market value in 2017:

The market has changed very little in the last two years.
Markets and values are regional. To see if it is worth more in your town, do you have a place like Half Price Books or another store or company that buys books in your town? They can help you assesses it for the value where you are located.
If it is in good shape and in their buyers' wants list, they may even buy it from you. They pay about 1/4 to 1/8 of what they will retail it for in their store.
Post back with an update!
