Does anyone know what the approximate value of my dictionary? 1923 -authentic edition of the Merriam Series. It has tiny water damage, but is complete.

There not worth anything. With all the technbology no one wants them.We use computers.
These dictionaries do still sell if they are in very good condition but this is definitely not a good time to think about trying to sell anything like this.
Your book looks to be in fair condition but watermarks are usually a very big turnoff when looking for an older book as there is usually more damage then you can actually see.
Usually books like this are bought by collectors or even semi-collectors and they look at condition very closely before they pay out their good money.
Looking at eBay sold listings from months ago I did see 2 1923 editions (similar to yours but no watermarks) - one sold for $9.99 + shipping and the other sold for $135. plus shipping.
Why the difference? The higher price is way above the norm so who knows?

This question is asked on ThriftyFun quite often so you might want to read other answers/comments.
I would suggest that you hold on to the set of book for a few more years. Once the books are 100+ years of age they do become a bit more valuable. Right now is a horrible time to consider selling anything and it is only a few more years until the books can gain a bit more value. However, you do need to take into consideration that the books have a bit of water damage which could make the value of the item go down or harder for you to sell.
